By using fonecall.ai, you agree to these terms. The service provides AI-powered missed-call answering and lead capture for home service contractors.

Billing

• Qualified leads: $10 each when AI captures name, phone, job details, and location — including job photos when the caller can send them
• Spam, wrong numbers, and out-of-area calls: $0
• Returning / existing customers: $0
• First 3 qualified leads free for new accounts

Your responsibilities

You must maintain a valid payment method. You are responsible for configuring call forwarding on your phone. You agree not to dispute valid leads that meet our billable criteria.

Demo calls

When you request a demo on our homepage, you are asking us to place an outbound call to the number you provide. This is not SMS and does not enroll you in text messages.

SMS / text messaging

SMS is optional. You can use fonecall.ai without receiving text messages. If you separately opt in during account setup, we may send transactional SMS including lead alerts and service notifications. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@fonecall.ai. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers.
