fonecall.ai ("we") collects phone numbers, business information, and call data solely to provide missed-call lead capture services for contractors.
What we collect
- Phone numbers you provide for demo and account setup
- Business details (trade, service area, email)
- Call recordings and transcripts for lead qualification
- Photos and addresses submitted by homeowners through our portal
How we use it
Data is used to operate the service, deliver leads to contractors, and process billing. We do not sell leads to multiple contractors.
SMS / text messaging
SMS is optional. Requesting a demo call does not enroll you in text messages. If you separately opt in during account setup, we may send transactional text messages related to your account, including lead alerts for active contractors.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number is used only to provide fonecall.ai services and is shared with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to send messages you have opted into.
Message frequency varies. Active contractors who opt in receive lead alert texts when qualified inbound calls are captured— frequency depends on call volume and is typically a few messages per week or fewer.

If you opt in during a call, we may send a one-time text with a link to upload photos of your repair request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
